Class 1B enjoyed an exciting math lesson today! After watching a video of the book Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons on the SmartBoard, the first graders had the opportunity to solve some subtraction problems using Pete's buttons. They practiced the skill of drawing a picture and crossing out to subtract. Tonight's math homework is to solve some additional math problems using Pete's buttons.
